The Himaira Association, promoted to the Government and in the Municipalities, an application for the creation of departments within the State Police and the local Municipal Police, with the unique aim of the prosecution and crack down of violence against animals. We are requesting that departments for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals be created in the large cities in Greece. In addition, we ask that people who commit these crimes against animals be prosecuted by the governing agencies of the police."
